ACS on Campus is heading to Rio Piedras

ACS on Campus is an outreach program dedicated to helping students, post-docs, and faculty advance their careers. The program brings leaders in chemistry, publishing, research, science communication, and career development to university campuses to present seminars and workshops. The University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras will host ACS on Campus on Friday, January 31 from 7:00-11:00 pm for a Science Café with Dr. Antonio Martinez Collazo at Galería Nacional del Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña.

ACS on Campus will continue on Saturday, February 1 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm featuring a plenary, "Adventures in Molecular Recognition Chemistry" by Dr. Angel E. Kaifer, followed by joint and concurrent programming targeted to both students and faculty. Participants are invited to explore topics such as the basics of scholarly publishing, navigating science technical writing, and communicating your science. A complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.
