To the Class of 2020:

On behalf of the Board of Directors and all members of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, congratulations! As you graduate this year, you have achieved a remarkable milestone that reflects your hard work and determination. With so many in-person graduation ceremonies made impossible by the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to take special note of your dedication to achieving your educational aims.

Some of you will embark on the next stage of your education and enter a dietetic internship. Others will begin studying hard – if you haven’t begun already! – for the RDN or NDTR examination, and then join the proud ranks of our profession. I wish you the greatest success, no matter what path you choose to follow.

Always know that the Academy is your professional organization. We will be here for you, and we look forward to your active participation and leadership in the years to come.
