Outstanding Dietetic Student Award – Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, PR Chapter
The purpose of the Outstanding Dietetics Student Award program is to recognize the emerging leadership and achievement of students in ACEND-accredited dietetics education programs and encourage their participation in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. A student from each type of education program within a state will be selected by each state association (a maximum of four per state). In addition to publishing the list of outstanding students in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, each awardee will receive a congratulatory letter and certificate signed by the president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Outstanding Dietetic Student Award – Colegio de Nutricionistas y Dietistas de Puerto Rico
It is awarded to the student who has excelled in the sciences with a general index of 3.30 or more, specialty index 3.50 or more, who completes the bachelor’s degree in the time stipulated, and who meets the criteria described in the dietitian’s conceptualization graduate.
