Report – Gender Inequality among Faculty at the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus

It will almost two years since a group of faculty from various colleges and schools began to work together to work on a proposal that would help identify barriers – if any – that prevent women in STEM on our campus to fully succeed. As part of this effort, the group produced a report that was officially turned in to  the UPRRP administration in May of 2022. Now, we are sharing this report with the broader community of our campus and Puerto Rico. You can read the Report here.
