As part of the preparation, RaMP-UP principal investigators met with the mentors and co-mentors to discuss the program in detail, stimulate collaboration and communication amongst the faculty participants. The agenda for the meeting was: presentation of the goal and activities of the \u00a0RaMP-UP program, followed by elevator talks from the mentors and co-mentors, and finally informal activities to promote new collaborations that will lead to projects for the incoming post-bacs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61c3439
