Los datos las investigaciones sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n en la poblaci\u00f3n indican que:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>25% de las personas consumen bebidas azucaradas todos los d\u00edas (BRFSS, 2019).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>4,310 mg es el consumo diario de sodio promedio a nivel global, pero se recomienda consumir no m\u00e1s de 2,300 mg al d\u00eda (PAHO, 2022).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>60% de las mujeres y 30% de los hombres no consumen la cantidad de calcio que necesitan (Dietary Guidelines, 2020-2025).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>90% de las personas mayores de 19 a\u00f1os no consumen la cantidad de vitamina D que necesitan (Dietary Guidelines, 2020-2025).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>77% de las personas consume grasa saturada en exceso, generalmente por comer carnes o fuentes de prote\u00edna animal altas en grasa (Dietary Guidelines, 2020-2025).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>34% de los puertorrique\u00f1os est\u00e1n clasificados en obesidad que aumenta la probabilidad de desarrollar enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas (BRFSS, 2022).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Para compartir la informaci\u00f3n que ayude a mejorar la alimentaci\u00f3n y seleccionar alimentos saludables todos los d\u00edas celebraremos con una feria de nutrici\u00f3n el mi\u00e9rcoles, 6 de marzo de 11:30 a 12:50 pm en el Centro Universitario. Compartiremos informaci\u00f3n preparada por los estudiantes del curso de Metodolog\u00eda de Ense\u00f1anza en Nutrici\u00f3n (NUTR 4175) para comer saludable, de una forma divertida y con recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas.
