Project Description: Studying the different ways fungi can impact the nervous system via the body’s mycobiome and inhalation of spores by analyzing the contents of cerebrospinal fluid, saliva and blood from HIV patients concerning diagnostics such as HIV-Associated Neurocognitive Disorder (HAND).
