The first stage within the 3E program will consist of 6-day experiences where they will participate in practical study experiences in the field in the ecosystems of surface waters and soil in the tropical forest. Lodging, food, transportation and materials for practical experiences will be offered. Participants will receive guidance and mentoring by professors and graduate students from the Río Piedras Campus.
