Self-study
In 2003 the College of Natural Sciences began a self-study that would serve as a source of information for the Self-study Report of the University of Puerto Rico at Río Piedras for the accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the Council on Higher Education of Puerto Rico. This self-study provided an integrated vision of the college for the past 10 years and helped in establishing a plan of development for the future. It also made us reflect about the strengths and weaknesses of our programs, and allowed us to provide recommendations in short and long terms.
