This May 20-22, we will have at Purdue a special event to help Hispanic PhDs and post-docs (LATINE) transition to a successful career in academia. This will include a Teaching Workshop, Proposal Writing
with program managers from ONR, NSF, NIH etc. We will also have as a Keynote Speaker Richard Tapia (NAE and first Hispanic to win the Medal of Science). In addition, we will have Department Heads to look at
our Fellows with potential to invite them for Seminars or interviews if there is a good fit.
Here is the link, I hope we have 15 candidates from UPR. We will extend the datelines for applications.
